Founding partner, Jonathan Klunk, is a visionary with a proven track record. His Bachelor’s degree in International Business from American Intercontinental University forged his initial career in restaurant management, design, finance, mortgage loan origination, and technology sales.

Jonathan’s diverse past is the driving force behind who he is today. In 2017 he recognized a need for quality short term rental management in Louisville and partnered with his husband to become the visionaries behind Key Source Properties. Their venture was met with unprecedented success. As the leading STR management company in Louisville, they currently have 65 properties under management, along with 7 full-time employees and 13 dedicated cleaners. Key Source Properties generated $3 Million in revenue from 2019 alone. This success emboldened Jonathan to pursue another passion, the local real estate market, and in 2019 he attained his real estate license.
