Brooke was great to work with! She’s super knowledgeable about proprieties, the Louisville area, and the buying process. Brooke is also able to recommend solid people to work with from the loan office side to any contractors you may need quotes or inspections from— which makes the process so much less stressful. On top of that, she has such a fun, positive personality and sense of humor — working with her is an absolute joy. My home buying experience hit some wild snags along the way, but Brooke was always there to provide solid advice and had the tenacity and resourcefulness to get things unstuck. Highly recommend!
